i was wondering if u could maybe compare the tx5 to the tx9/H ccuz im caught btwn the two i dont kno which one to get i have a canon tats 10mega pixels and i feel like the quality is not the best its someitmes a bit blurry and its not very good with night pictures either.............soo i guess wat im asking is does this camera take good pictures during the day and night, is it really waterproof and bad effects, and is the picture quality good? plz reply i really need a new camera

However I already own a T90, which takes InfoLITHIUM D NP-BD1 and FD-1 batteries. Because I use video heavily I need at least three per session. Are these compatible with the TX5 or will I need to buy extra spares? tt looks different!

Just sayin but the apple iPod touches and ipads etc don't go by ur skin, they go by heat( body heat that's why if u try and use the touch screen with let's say a stylus it doesn't work

Hey, it can be tricky to find the location. First you have to open the battery cover, then you will be able to open the little flap in the middle of the base (it has the initials CE on it) which is covering the usb connection terminals. And thanks for watching!

@adotbyss Thank You!!! Yes, it's a great camera. I had a look at a whole bunch of waterproof ones and finally decided on this. The Panasonic and Sony are the only ones with HD, however the Panasonic is physically much larger. I find that 95% of the time, I am using the camera indoors or just out and about, so the sony is great as it's so compact. The panoramic feature shot and 10shot/sec are also features which I often use on the sony.

Let me know which one you decide on.
