Considering it's part of the main quest, no. You'd probably have to hack the game to skip it.
Why would you skip it? It's one of the cooler quests.

@ZikkaChan It's actually one of my favorite places in this game. I was excited when I heard the words 'haunted house' when I first played this game.

It's a last-ditch if you're in a bind. If you're a Ventrue, however, you can't drink from them, as you'll only throw it right back up.
