  • I believe the first No. 1 hit in Britain that was written, arranged, produced, sung and all instruments played by the same person. Perfect song for a grey or rainy day.

  • I knew I'd love this as soon as I found it! I'm all one for instrumentals, 12inch remixes etc! It just makes you love songs more than you did before. Thanks very much for uploading this!

  • its slightly different to the non instrumental version

  • Thanks for the intrumentals :) Love them!

    5***** for any of them

  • makes you want to cry

  • At the time, Wham had just broken up and I recall George Michael being interviewed and saying that he did not want to make a new album, but only record a perfect single. Well, this song was indeed as close to perfect as anything I ever heard. It is an amazing arrangement in the context of 80's popular music. Unbelievable.

  • And he played all the instruments on this track!

  • Thanks for sharing. I have played a cassette of my 45 for over 20 years now. Ahhh, no hiss here.

  • good job! i always wanted to hear the instrumental version!thanks
