Aqui eles tombaram uma mansão enorme conta a vontade dos donos aí os donos contrataram umas pessoas para demolirem durante a noite...resultado: acabou a mansão...hoje foi comprado o terreno e eu acho que vão fazer uma open mall lá com restaurantes e cafés...
Well it depends if the deed cant be found technicaly the houses could belong to anyone who picks them up. But they may just be property of your local government and if you agree to pick up taxes on those buildings you may be able to gain ownership of them. I dont know how the relastate buisness works in your country works or in mine for that matter lol. Im from the U.S. and we dont have that many abandoned buildings your lucky to have such rich history in your country.
