@al1x0 he doesn't seems any uncomfortable to me , they didn't force him to do anything at all. As for the dogs they seem compromised with the existence of the parrot too.
@al1x0 Notice how birds have feet? It's because they walk on the ground. My bird is fully flighted and she actually prefers the floor to flying. Explain to me how letting the bird do something it wants to do is abuse.
