I had them for 4 yaers, from the age of 11 to the age of 15!

I had to wear them 24/7 for 2 years (obviously not when eating), so also during school. Do you have to wear retainers also when you are at school?

I ahve those, 'cept instead of staying in by going around the front, it has these little steel grips that go in between my teeth and into my gums...

They weren't too bad, but I pulled them out too fast one time and I started to bleed :P
