  • my favorite seen was after they when through the little water fall and up until the merry go round part. I loved the music. Overall good movie. I liked how it all came together. Exactly why I love indie films, no stupid, I'm going to break up with my boyfriend over you and we will live happily ever after. Though I would have liked the two to have been together in the end. But I rather like the way it ended.

  • @Taylor500J ass hole u just ruined it for me....

  • First black film I've seen in a minute that didn't completely bore me. The dialogue was great and Micah acts like a real bike courier.

  • I am totally moving to san fran.

  • The dialogue was really natural. I like how it revealed a conscious black man's perspective on interracial dating, and really only implied that the sister was dating a white man. It was realistic all the way to the end. Great story.

  • good movie! i liked how the writer turned the race issue around on the black man and have the black woman be more of the conscious. usually when we watch movies or any media, ppl like to make seem as if black women are the only ppl to have an issue. so kudos to the writer for turning it around.

  • lol saw this last night, good movie i enjoyed it even thoe im white ;) godd thang i gotta black girl freind

  • Dude looks like Julian Peterson from the Lions and chick looks like Erykah Badu...haha good movie...da bay represent!!!

  • I saw this movie last night at home. It was amazing and beautiful. It was a movie about black people without the glorification of and focus on black pathology. I kept waiting for something horrific and terrible to happen, but nothing ever did. This film gave a peek into the lives of an average, young African-American couple.

  • Really great movie. So simple. A real gem.

  • Band = Saturday Looks Good To Me.

Song = Meet Me by The Water.

  • What is the song in this trailer? Its fantastic, so is the trailer.

  • anyone know what the rack is thats in the background? thanks

  • does anyone know when this comeso ut on DVD??

  • my boyfriend and I saw this when it premiered in Detroit at the Detroit Institute of Art...we both LOVED it...and then he proposed later that night :) SO i have to get this on dvd lol

  • saw the movie last Saturday in Budapest, Hungary at the annual Titanic film Fest. far the best one out of the selection, and it also hopped on board to become an alltime personal fav of mine. brilliant!

  • THIS MOVIE WAS GREAT! I SAW IT LAST NIGHT IN LOS ANGELES AT THE LAEMMLE. IT IS REFRESHING AND VERY REAL...WITHOUT FRILLS!

    Check it out!

  • this is captivating. this film looks really good.

  • Anyone know the name of this song?

  • Meet Me By The Water (by Saturday Looks Good To Me)

  • Nice thanks!

  • hmmm that's who she looks like...i kept thinking of the oldest Simmons daughter when watching

  • She looks like a black version of Katherine Heigl, I find. Anyway, it looks interesting.

  • Hooray is right! It refreshes me to see a new and different - different, thank goodness, for I have waited a long time-image of African Americans. I had gotten so sick and tired of us being depicted in the same old roles-ghettoites, thugs, civil rights folks and the like, which have their place-while not portraying the Different among us. Can't wait to see this one, whch hopefully will herald similar movies.

  • Yes..I've gotten sick of the whole SOULFOODINTHEHOOD genre myself. Looking forward to seeing the myself.

  • Exactly!it's so cool that this doesn't fit the stereotypical Tyler Perry movies that african americans are in.Especially with the Indie soundtrack to this movie. This movie seems to really apply to everyone

  • Hooray! Finally an indie film starring people who feel and look like me! I can't wait to see it! It's only coming out in NYC, San Fran, Detroit, LA and Seattle like now through Feb '09...but will be on DVD in the Spring

  • the guy from the daily show!!

  • Looks nice.

  • I love San Francisco!

  • so WHEN is this movie COMING OUT?
