In a perfect world, the state would FORCE debitors to REPAY their debt, one way or another.

Of course is paying only $100 for a college education (a lousy State College of course) EVIL.
And i tell you why. Only $100 cannot cover the students share that the running of the College costs, including the salaries for professors, secretaries, all the PC's, software, maintenance contractors, etc.
Therefore, if the student doesn't pay this expenses, it must be paid by the taxpayer.

If we were to penalize banks for Usury Fraud, I'd be all for it. People who earn their money dishonestly or what not..... then sure. Apportioned, Constitutional taxes are called for in such cases. But why do you ignore the head of the problem? Why? Why don't you go after the source of the problem?
