how did you get the brim to stick out so much? mine just kinda fall down flat. Yours looks good.

Thank you...hmmm I am not sure why yours fell down flat. On this hat I only did like 2-3 rows for the brim and it stayed pretty sturdy.

Sorry for a late reply but try a small hook maybe and f so it will stay sturdy

Hi. I took up crocheting and knitting at the same time. I also watched her videos, and that was how I learned to crochet hats!I always use them as a reference. I tend to forget from one hat to the next.

I want to make one now too! But I cant even get a square done... They ALWAYS turn into Triangles!!!!!! Makes me so mad, and I have like 6 of those hooks..... Just sitting there.. Waiting to help make a SQUARE! :P

Hats can become addicting to make. I have some made, actually a lot, that I tried to sell on E-bay but they didn't sell very well. I had fun making them. I have another variation that I am in the process of making a tutorial.
