  • Im an old bloke (46) whos been riding for about a year Im clearing all the jumps and I came second in my last (amateur) race. Yes there were more than two people in it ! point is if your'e fit you will make up tons of groud on the fat spastics in the last third of the race! Get fit and win.

  • hmm id say rly work on endurance like riding a road bike or running. for strength go to the gym and do light weight and do alot of reps this will build up ur muscle endurance and will reduce things such as arm pump. the best thing to train tho is just ride as much time as you can. *keep it pinned*

  • No your wrong you need more weight which means LESS reps to build muscle. You should be getting 8-12 reps in and then not bein able to do anymore, if you do 0ver 12 like say 15 you add mor weight.

  • no your wrong actually becuz if u put more weight on it will increase ur muscle size but it will also deminish your muscle endurace becuz it increase the pump into muscles which is bad in motocross becuz you get arm pump easier.
