Hey Everybody! I have just released my new album 'Unhinged' which is greatly inspired by great bands such as Ulver. You can stream or download the full album for free on my youtube channel!
Saw them in Malmö in february 2010, an absolutely breathtaking performance concluding with this song. I've never felt anything even remoteley close to the shivering goosebumps I had for those ten minutes.
I try to think about the situation that I have to tell my childs about things that happend in the past and about the world of today.
I have to face my son and if I will look into his eyes telling him my view of reality, of my experience, hisorical incidents and other questions sons want to get an answer by dad.
I realy hope that my son will not look into my eyes this way.
"...The universe is hostile. so Impersonal. devour to survive.
Hey everybody - I just released my solo album "Mirror Image" that contains ambient music (and upbeat electronic songs) heavily inspired by Kristoffer Rygg and the music of Ulver. If you're interested you can check out the songs on my youtube page, and links to my myspace page and places to download the full album are on my youtube channel as well :) .
I enjoyed the concert itself much more at Øya. I think maybe all the fuss, the big happening, the excitement, overshadowed the actual musical experience a bit for my part in Lillehammer. It was amazing, but in another way.
Thank you very much for uploading this. I could not make it to the Ulver concert, and comforted myself with the thought that I wouldn't be getting much of it, given my inability to understand Norsk.
These video's are awesome and I hope it encourages Ulver to perform more like this, without it getting in the way of producing more music.
i dont think i will ever or never will hear anything better than this! i love the silence shit from ulver more than i love sleep! 2 sum it up, teaching in silence, and i cant say it enuff, i got soooo much love to ulver for this. just love it!

well I saw them yesterday. But unfortunately they played only from their last albums. Neither bm, neither the not saved which is from my favorites.

this song describes the feeling of being totally lost,to the point of no return... the feeling of being abandoned and isolated....
and for some reason you know that nobody will ever get you out of it.
you know that you won`t be saved and you´re alone with your curse, forever vegetating in solitde and misery....

I think it symbolizes the title. The boy seems sad and hopeless. For whatever reasons unknown to us, he cannot be saved... That's my opinion anyway..
And even if you don't understand norwegian, you should have been there my friend! This was an historic event... :)

But, what does the person in this clip represent? What does the Not Saved part about him mean?
