@mikejenkins357 every translation is from the translators prespective but very rarely do you see a transtaion corrupted as the meaning would not make any sense and would not flow but if you can't read arabic i suggest you get the tafsir in arabic audio and then then it repeats what was said in english this way you can match the sentences you are reading. hope this helps

Isaih 40? I could not find a refrence to the Holy Prophet (SAW). I know he is mentioned in the Bible but I think the Sheikh got the refrence wrong. Anybody know where? I think it is in the Book of John?
In the Song of Solomon (A.S.) 5:16 the Hebrew translations translates "altogether lovely" as "Mahamaddim". Just as Elo (God) is called Elohim out of respect our Holy Prophet Muhummad (S.A.W.) is called Mahamaddim out of respect. Look up the refrence and read the Hebrew translation. Also I'm pretty sure Sheikh Deedat spoke of a obscure passage of the Bible speaking of a Prophet to come after Isa (A.S.) not speaking of his own tongue but speaking the words of the Lord. Well I think there is nothing sad about believing in a God that is so complexed and wonderful that we can't even concieve of one spec of him. A God that is so merciful that goes to the extremes he has for the likes of us and to give us a beautiful world that we continue to destroy and is unlimited in his forgiveness and sent his son to be a perfect role model which he was for human morality so that no matter how bad we get we have his example to fall back on. Before a person accepts Jesus as Lord they are more sensitive to their body and corrupted soul rather than to their spirit. When a person truly believes in Jesus as the only begotten Son of God their life is transformed by the Holy Spirit. Believers receive the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, in them. A person who has the Holy Spirit in them becomes more sensitive to their spirit because God’s Holy Spirit communicates with us through our spirit. no way to God without his son Jesus.

Isaih 40? I could not find a refrence to the Holy Prophet (SAW). I know he is mentioned in the Bible but I think the Sheikh got the refrence wrong. Anybody know where? I think it is in the Book of John?

In the Song of Solomon (A.S.) 5:16 the Hebrew translations translates "altogether lovely" as "Mahamaddim". Just as Elo (God) is called Elohim out of respect our Holy Prophet Muhummad (S.A.W.) is called Mahamaddim out of respect. Look up the refrence and read the Hebrew translation. Also I'm pretty sure Sheikh Deedat spoke of a obscure passage of the Bible speaking of a Prophet to come after Isa (A.S.) not speaking of his own tongue but speaking the words of the Lord. Anybody know that passage?

The Quran did mention that Jews and Christians believe in God, and do not associate them with the disbelievers. We are brothers in a way. first of all, Jesus was a Jew, and Jews call God Yahweh. Because He was a Jew, He didn't eat pork, but never called pork unclean nor shunned its consumption. Jesus said nothing about alcohol. in fact, when He turned water into wine, it was about 500 gallons. He supplied wine to people that had already drank 500 gallons worth. and He spoke of Himself and the Father being one.

Actually the christians were trying to put the birth of Jesus in the winter solstice, they were not trying to put the winter solstice in the birth of Christ. But you aren't the first to not realize this. Also, even most christians debate if the 25th is really his birthday and I have yet for a muslim to prove to me that my bible is bogus. Not once has this been done. MY chuch by the way is the body of Christ. My church is those who follow Christs teachings. I see few muslims do this by the way

Well I think there is nothing sad about believing in a God that is so complexed and wonderful that we can't even concieve of one spec of him. A God that is so merciful that goes to the extremes he has for the likes of us and to give us a beautiful world that we continue to destroy and is unlimited in his forgiveness and sent his son to be a perfect role model which he was for human morality so that no matter how bad we get we have his example to fall back on.
