  • @darkwolfevanish -- thanks! I'm going to start tutorials again soonish (September) and will certainly put this on the to-do list for you. (It's one of my favorites too).

  • Hi MR Paul: in the intro in small notes the G is not natural, but sharp (the last but one group)
