The thing about chch is that the so called "posh" areas are little different to the other areas save for higher incomes, essentially most of the older houses are the same in St albans/Merivale as they are in Spreydon or Linwood. Also it is only a matter of streets between rich and poor not a steady decline of suburbs like bigger cities, and yes, I agree, there are worse areas, take the no. 46. Bus to the palms and wait till it goes through Wainoni... Once were warriors much?
