its actually 1987 Ruf CTR Yellow Bird... 211 mph, 590 hp, 0-100 in 7.3 seconds, it broke the world record for fastest lap on the Nurburgring in this video.

Ruf is an actual manufacturer not a tuner, they buy 911 shells from the factory, paint and build them completely independent of Porsche, they have made some of the best cars in the world.
