I was 320 I got down to 280, then after 1 month i started feeling the discomfort again, I was wondering what it was, then I found that that I gained weight up to 300 then I came down to 295 and trying to balance it, since im not working out i might as well keep it more or less in a safe zone. I will start my workout season when im done with my summer school, Im gonna do judo with my cousin, he is crazy he loses 5lb in 1
@PETEisLOSINGit sorry, I watched one you your videos, I thought thats where you started, cause in that video you said you you were 300lbs, but where you have got is damn amazing, its just your strength and your durability. thats honestly a lot of weight lost in 2mo and 10 days ! keep it up.
PS, when i see people like you, I always automatically generate this question "what workouts do you do, and how many times?" thats kind of tempting to know.

@tashtan1 I started at 311 pounds now I'm at 268.4, that's just over 42 pounds.
