Yes, they did! There's a link to a site where this guy made a video of all the Ghostbusters attractions and one is the street show that they had while the Spooktacular was being upgraded.

BJ possesses the original 4 and makes them dance to Ain't No Mountain and then when they try to run away, they started singing Can't Touch This, they finish Ain't No Mountain, Slimer shows up, BJ gets slimed, the guys chase him into the back, and they bust him.

Yeah I remember that, it was off an old promo video for universal orlando. It is an old video because the jaws ride was still under construction. It shows beetlejuice harassing a girl on one of the fake buildings, the ghostbusters show up and chase him into the building. Then come out after a fight holding the container with him in it.
