  • Stones brought hundred of miles by a civilisation that hadnt even invented the wheel yet .....

  • @WasLilChrisnowbigish

They had a buttload of free time on their hands.

  • Every single wonder in one city? Yes, please!

  • where are the builders :D

  • WHY DOES EVERYONE IN MULTIPLAYER ALWAYS GET THIS A FUCKING TURN BEFORE I DO.

  • stonehenge is so MOTHERFUCKING AWESOME... WHEN I WENT THERE I JUST WANTED TO SCREAM PIIIISSSSSSSSSSS SHIITTTTT OIFJVOIENVPIWVIUWPEVIEUWPIENVPIQNFVIPWNEFPVINPIUVOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG IT FELT LIKE I WAS BACK IN TIME I FUCKING LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED IT. :)

  • A monument in every city? YES PLEASE!

  • Nice animation but it's totally wrong. Where did the extra trilithon come from in the 'horseshoe' and all those extra smaller outlyers?!

  • This is a complete Stonehenge. The real Stonehenge is partially destroyed.

  • But I think that there was only three trilithons in the inner circle, and not six, as you build. There were two pairs and one taller single trilithon.

  • I just realized how many of these wonders I built in Washington, New York, and Boston. (The others are in Moscow which I captured a century ago from the year 2205)

  • as usual, the british being rubbish and incomprehensible to both other civilisations and themselves.

  • @theshoeburger What?

  • @dmileynon97 uh, actually, i have no idea what i'm talking about.

  • I saw Stone Henge on Jackie chans animated show and loved it because the baddies thought it was a doomsday weapon and when they activated it nothing happened so they all went home. But after they had gone, Aliens turned up because it actually summoned aliens. How cool is that?

  • somehow, this is my favourite wonder...

  • I have Civilization II, III and IV on my PC and Revolution for my PS3. The odd thing is Civ II and III work on Vista, but IV dosen't... wtf?

  • @Ultraboy94fsr vista is memory wasting bullshit get win 7

  • i really want to play this game. to bad it doesn't work on my pc <:(

  • STONEHENGE where the demons dwell

  • @goatshredder LOL NOT

  • I made this wonder in 1800 ad, is my game broken?

  • so if went back like 10,000 years ago and i put stone columns up in a circle 10,000 years later it would be become the world's greatest mystery :D

  • why does everyne neglect the older sister to StoneHenge? the one across the fields same style but out of wood, WoodHenge?

i think Wood & StoneHenge were bi-anual harvest festival sites. The wide roads brought hundreds of neolithic people & their livestock, grains, goods etc. to bartar & sell, also to socialize, have huge bbq's!! find a mate?

    Just my thoughts.

  • @bb10cali .Durrington walls, beside Woodhenge, was definitely used for feasting/gathering etc. Stonehenge though is very clean--ie big groups were not going in & leaving domestic rubbish. Woodhenge appears to be ritual too--young male burial in ditch (as a Stonehenge) and a child with smashed skull on the central alignment. Not much to see at Woodhenge--just concrete markers!

  • I moved stones for the hell of it :(

  • Titan #1: Hey Fred lets go play some dominoes!

    Titan#2: Okay

-titan's set up dominoes but then they die from heart attacks-

    many years later...

    OMG GUYZ ALEENZ!!

:D thats how it all happened

  • ufos in the space/. sky!

  • To my understanding many people developed the theory that it was made as both a calender of sorts or a garden - I just think they made it for the hell of it.

  • Thousands of men don't move stones miles and miles for "the hell of it." =D lol

  • @SombraBlade depends how big the wager was...

  • People wonder how it was made. The answer is right here! :)

  • supposedly it was made by Druids and was some kind of way of celebrating the coming of spring or a calender or something, the stones came from Wales anyway its crap.. then the Romans moved in cause they wanted tin and Ceaser who didnt manage to wanted more glory on top of conquering Gaul...something like that.

  • >>implying calendars aren't important for anyone who isn't a fat ass who has all his food handed to him for punching keys like a monkey.

  • what ... most interesting reply to my drunken writing of the day

    have a coupon

  • I made it.

    I have a time machine.

Anyone wanna come bully the aztecs with machine guns and cars with me?

  • Sure when do we leave

  • I wanna go, too! I wanna see the Byzantines crap themselves when they see my cellphone!

  • @Komadin you are funny :)

  • @Komadin no lets say we are god :D

  • the news said that the stone henge's a tomb, heard of it before?

  • best wonder vidioe methinks, although as wedgie power says, the top stones just kind of appear don't they :)

  • Aye, huge advantage early on. The best way to secure your early empire.

  • yeah

  • I always need this because i often have a powerful navy, and i almost always circum-navigate the world.

  • And of course, we have no idea how it was made!
