I got a DUI and my suspension is up in October. I recently received a letter from DMV informing me that my license will be suspended again immediately after the DUI suspension ends because I have accumulated 4 points this year (2 for the DUI, 1 for the accident that lead to my DUI, and 1 for an unrelated speeding ticket). WILL I BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A RESTRICTED LICENSE once my license is suspended again for too many points?
