I haven't heard this arangement before. I sang it last year, but it was the Thiman arrangement. Is he just another composer/arranger who has no significance to the creation of this piece?
The piece was written by English composer Roger Quilter, with lyrics based on a poem by Edmund Waller (1606-87). I'm working on this song for my Applied Classical Voice class, and hopefully this video will help me get it right.
I've never heard this arrangement before, you guys sound really good! I like the satb accapella version better (but I think that is because I have performed that one).

Edmund Waller wrote this...and even though they sound good...the guys at all east sang a much better arrangement

the opening was much more harmonically accurate than the ending was. the Tell Hers are high , but they would be doable with some work.
