  • Mine is to quit dipping but I failed.

    Though I am attempting to quit again and its been 2 weeks with no dip. =]

    I have noticed that not dipping gives me more energy during wrestling practice.

  • I imagine that all the time, but i have two bad labarums, one that had surgery, and just bad shoulders in general, i'be been through physical theraphy and i'm still not leaned out of my mind like a model, i'm still strrong and look decent, but i' don't think is possible for me to put on size with these bad shoulders

  • i'm trying to gain more lean muscle mass while lowering my body fat percentage
