Parenti has killed no one. He doesn't ignore Stalin's crimes or those of Milosevic. He doesn't exaggerate them! That's what you don't understand. He does talk about what Stalin did, but he puts it in context. If you don't believe me, read what he actually wrote about Stalin in Blackshirts and Reds. I know you won't, because you want to call names.

He voices the first premise of his argument, presents the opposition's arguement, and then attempts to get the audience to see his side. I like how he doesnt just state things, he backs them up with proper factual info and logic!!

The fact of the matter is that without oil, and fossil fuel, most of the poor would starve to death.
