@ravesquad7 Dante is part demon, it is stated in the beginning of the series, so yes, Dante has a demon form. Nero just has the arm in the beginning of the game and later is able to change.

@ninjadude91 No he is not the reincarnation of Virgil, he just makes use of Virgil's sword in the game. The sword seems to give him "power" enough to use a devil form. Why, I am not sure, maybe they'll elaborate further, but I cannot be positive.
