Thank you for your big hands. I truely hope your hands do not hurt too much.
"Request OK? "
We accept your request after we finishes the stage. Last time we were here, we did terribly slow "Rawhide" and when I said you don't have to clap your hands, I found a few guys nodding solemnly. And I still remember who they were. We won't play "Rawhide" today as our hearts were broken then.
@daisen55 I seen nothing wrong with your Raw Hide video, Remember when you do Bluegrass you have to do it how you feel it inside your soul and stay true, to the tradition of the Bluegrass music. Then find your style of singing and playing, and put your heart and soul in to each song. Play it like you hear it. Keep the timing and melody. Remember you can't hear and think like someone else. Be your selves.
@daisen55 There's nothing wrong with your speed and timing on Rawhide. Speed doesn't make it right, if you miss notes. Alot of people try to play songs to fast and miss runs and notes. What good is that? If they do that and it mess' up the timing. Just play it at the speed that its smooth and clean. You guy's are very good, and better then alot of players. That think their great and better and are not. Yes it's a fast song,I'd slow it down just a hair or so to smooth out the sound.
@bluegrasssingingman keep your double and triple licks and strums smooth, and it will sound faster then what your really playing. Thats what there for, and it keeps you from beat your arm to death. Keep up the great work God Bless you all.
