Too expensive for me. I bought the Pontiac Solstice GXP Turbo convertible, for a third of the price, and a Mazda 6 to use as a car. If money doesn't matter, the Bugatti Veyron would be my choice. :p

like what? the Viper is the most powerful car to own for under $100,000. nuff said. sure you could have a porsche, but those are the same price, and you only get around 355-380hp. sure they handle well, and the build quality is great, but they are everywhere. and I mean EVERYWHERE! go to Newport Beach, O.C., Hollywood, Palm Springs, and even regular old towns, they are everywhere. Vipers hardly appear in places, and if they do, they are never followed by another. Viper is great!! shut up! lol

Its affordable when you are considering buying a sports car. nothing else offer's you what a Viper has for under $100,000. they Viper can hang with cars such as Ferrari's, Porsche's, Lamborghini's, AMG's, ///M's, etc. and it is still cheaper than all of the company's I just listed.

on the Nurburgring? yes. in the 1/4 mile? not likely, but its possible. some guy has gotten a bone stock 08 Viper to run the 1/4 in 10.9 sec (Jamie Furman). and i mean BONE STOCK. down to the tire. generally Vipers run 11.4-11.6 in the 1/4 vs the ZR1's 11.2, but its possible for a stock 08+ viper to beat a ZR1, its just dependant on the driver. both are badass cars, but the Viper is a better buy. its under the $100,000 price range (except ACR) and still offers what the ZR1 does.

Amazing car. I didn't think it was possible to have an even cheaper, poorly designed interior, but I have to give it to dodge, they did it, just like they did in the challenger. They are very good at making horrible cheap interiors. It's a shame really.

same 0-60 and 0-100 but zr1 has top speed of 205, while viper has 202. still i think the viper is way more fun because there is no electronic nanying, i drove them both.  a viper advantage is u can have 600hp and a convertable. in the corvette if u want a convertable you need the 430hp vette
