when i seen that first cut i almost fell out of my chair it was so beeeee.utttttttt.ful!!!! loved it and the dog looked happy to hope he got a couple bites happy b-da
Yo Mike, another great video! What was in the rub if you don't mind given that up? Also what was the advantage of the string. I think along with the hour count you should have also had a beer count...LOL Just line up the cans and have a shot of them each hour along with the shot of the meat. Keep em coming!
@todsettle The rub is just a mix of your ordinary bbq rub suspects with a little kick. the butcher cuts the roast off the bone then ties it back on so you get the flavor off the bone but dont have to mess with it. I just forgot to remove it before I sliced. Brisket is coming this weekend.....stay tuned.....I did 2 KCBS events last year and it came in 4th and 11th out of 60 or so.......

Sorry for my ignorance, but this looks realllyyy good... and i can't help but ask, what exactly are you doing? cooking it with heat?

I just started cooking prime rib. Can you do this with regular grill? Or this smoking technique which requires more time?

@FSUNole05 I suppose you could use a regular grill. Just make sure you are using indirect heat.
