@GodRulezMyLife I see no reason why it would not help after all it is a method of learning how to control your mind. My youtube channel you will find that I have a series of prelimiary exercises and exercises they numbered do them in there order also move slowly once you have feel that you have received the benefits of the exercise move on. I said start with the videos that have the word preliminary in the title and they are number than follow with the videos that have exercise in the title they are also numbered.
They should help you also continue to follow your doctors instructions and discuss the progress with your doctor.

My seizures were alot worse before I started to meditate, now I barely get them and when I do I recover quickly from them.
