  • I want a portable lung breather.

  • How come the mermaids did not need scuba tanks? What a dipshit for not giving them a ride.

    Very cool truck.

  • Yes, this is real. No, this is not an M35A2, it's a M34. The M35A2 has a turbocharged multifuel engine. It will run on diesel, gas, kerosene, jet fuel; just about anything, including waste motor oil. Mine gets 14 mpg on the highway at 50-55 mph and 8 city. With recycled oil (fuel), the cost per mile is nil. Mine has a 7 foot snorkel: deeper water, longer snorkel. America sure did design and build some amazing machinery.

  • liquid cooled

  • XDDD

  • no power steering a 2" foam seat and if you were over 6 feet tall your knees would be hitting the dash board they were good out in the woods but not very comfortable. most had no heat in them or defrost the exhaust was screaming by your right ear you had to yell to the person that was in the cab with you so he could hear you and if you in the back of it you were stuffed in there sitting on a hard wooden bench bouncing all over the place.

  • @75zxQ Yep and they were just a HOOT to drive. Loved every minute!!

  • "...for defence" :D

  • as soon as i get mine i am so doing that

  • is this real or fake?

  • @chevyguy262 definitely real, most offroad vehicles, like Jeeps, can do this too. Theres a vid of a Jeep goin completely under.

  • Now that was cool...

  • are there any of these "eager beavers" left?

  • LMAO, Underwater Lot Lizards. Too bad I cant do that with my Peterbilt... It would be Freeeeee trrrrrrrruckwash Time.

  • ...and to think prissy Jeep owners (or Hummer owners as well) with their daddy's money try to replicate this, and fail...

  • I think we found our winter promotions vehicle.

  • what about the turbo?

  • @313foxbody420 The truck is powered by a gasoline engine. This is A M34 not a M35A2.Early model with single rears, notched bed and gasoline engine.

  • I love how he says "Can travel as efficiently on land as water" so like 2 mpg haha!

  • I'll bet it was the mermaids who had the eager beavers...

  • Only in the minds of those late 40's early 50's would people think to toss in a "mermaid" or to just to make it look cool.

    Stupid crap.

Cool test of the truck. I can see almost no value to it on all vehicles, but cool test none the less...

  • That is an early 50's M-34 not an M-35.This was just before the M-35.The M- 34 had the raised wheel wells as seen in this clip singles on the rear axles gasoline engine.produced from 1950-51,m-35 in production from 52-93.

    Really like this old clip.
