What runway did it take off from. Also, how long will it take to get to the pub from the terminal and also, is there a bus which goes from the terminal 3 to the aviation viewing park?

Runway 23R is usually in use between 12-3 for take offs, however during the summer it has been used between 10.00 - 16.00ish. This video was filmed at around 14:30.

I'm not aware of a bus service from Terminal 3 to the AVP - this wasn't filmed at the AVP but the Airport Hotel Pub. You would probably be able to get a taxi to the AVP or the Airport Hotel is only a short walk from Terminal 3.
