Me and a friend of mine got stuck in a mantion at one point in the game... We tried and tried to find out where to get out next so much so where the enemies where pritty much doing no damage to my chars. This is the point where I gave up and never played it again. I jsut got so damn lost.

Tales of Destiny was a fairly poor game, it aged worse than Phantasia and had the worst story of any of the games. Plus the official artwork looks like it was drawn by yaoi artists. I have no idea why they did a remake of it instead of Phantasia.

On the other hand this song is pretty okay

I have to disagree. Compared to games like Tales of Legendia, Tales of Destiny is a relative masterpiece. :P

Great cast of characters and very fun multiplayer. The Tower of Druaga dungeon/game remake was a nice touch as well.

The only games I haven't played are Rebirth, Destiny 2, and the Destiny Remake. I can tell you that the original Destiny was pretty poor by a long shot, since even the Phatnasia remake had much better gameplay. The only game worse than Destiny PSX was Narakiri Dungeon, the sequel to Phantasia.

And Legendia is awesome, so up yours.

Destiny was the only tales game I didn't like much. Though considering it was the first one I ever played, I thought it was awesome back then. I like this song, even though parts of it remind me of the theme from Terminator.

The PS2 version is great, but I also like the version in Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology just as much. VERY good game in case you haven't played it or just don't want a psp. If the PSP remake of Rebirth and ToD2 (the real one), I'm definitely getting myself a copy of both.
