ex: if a song has a strumming section that is 28 nps (notes per second) and the strum limit is 25nps, then that section is impossible to fc because the game will only let you strum 25 notes per second.

rock band 3 does not have a strum limit.

The only real reason why the FC is hard is because of its engine. The engine makes sure you can't strum two notes at the same time, which makes strumming too quickly easy. Couple that with the small timing window, and you've amped up the difficulty a lot from Guitar Hero.

Rock Band 3 dumbs down the difficulty a lot from RB2 and RB1, so any songs you had previous trouble with because of RB and RB2's ridiculous timing engines are good there.
