It's not that difficult at all, all you need is balance and throttle control, braking control. That's it, well yeah and brains ofcourse. I ride any time of the year, never crashed because of ice, snow, mud, rain or any of that, if you see ice, and you can clearly see ice there, you dont brake or turn, you simply let the bike run straight and put your legs out for stability if needed.
