  • i listen to this every so often just to clear the cobwebs of life.......and also to scream with dave. wtf is he saying? doesnt matter... somehow i get it

  • unreal

  • This song explains the whole world to me.

  • @XCM666 Then chek out lyrics to "last stop", "stone" and "squirm" Ive seen them 25 times since dec 2005 and i regret only....misssing many shows before.

  • I have never in my life been so touched as I have from this band, they have truly changed me life! This version of "Seek Up" is incredible!

  • @mmcgi002 Yes maam it is. Seen any live shows?

  • 1:26 on is my soul coming alive

  • There is nothing that compares to the energy coming from the crowd and the stage at a DMB show. I see them every summer and feel so connected and recharged after each show. If only we all could take that positive energy, cultivate it within oursleves, and spread it every where we go every day, the world would be a much better place.

  • So neat to see the band members smiling. Dave is a blessing.

  • 1:56 to 3:11 = :0 o my god just so much passion and emotion put into play here just redic amazing

  • THIS IS CALLED BEING IN THE ZONE..THESE GUYS ARE SO LOCKED IN. FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!!!

  • Everyone in the crowd and on stage had to have goosebumps.

  • Best Outro Ever!!!

  • have u guys read the lyrics to this outro?

it makes it even more unbelievable

  • @jpo8423 They're just a fan interpretation, though. But it is fun to pretend ;)

  • 7:40 - YOU'RE MY HERO!!!

  • Thanks for posting this!! Wish it was in one video though...I have some editing programs if you wanna link up I can edit them together for you unless it has to do with youtube policies.

Dave come to Chile please !

  • Is it just me, or does the 'Last of the Mohicans' theme come to mind with anyone else when the solo kicks in?? I love it so much. I could watch it over and over and still get the same chills like I did the first time.

  • heard this live at hershey it was breath taking, dave at the 3:10 mark is amazing

  • wow dave talking at the 3:30 mark is crazy, sends chills up your back

  • damn, ive never seen this live!!!

  • the second boyd starts his solo.... so much chills......... then dave goin off...so many emotions all in the same effort....... so fucking amazing... too much for words, thats why i live for dmb.... no one better

  • The Gorge has my favorite version besides this one

    absolutely killer song

  • Long live 'Roi

  • Warehouse 5 vol 2 has this version on it, crisp soundboard. Check it out

  • 2:05 goosebumps every damn time, this man isnt human the way he speaks with music!

  • @jamie69247

...that whole minute is pouring out emotion - I have never seen Dave that intense in any song - the way he screams reminds me of his performance in "What You Are" at Central Park.

  • @jamie69247 he is all too human. This to me captures so much emotion it is almost overwhelming.

  • my favorite song i love this song when he goes nut........

  • arguably this band's greatest achievement

  • absolutely. This song speaks for itself every damn time. Best version to this date is still on the live at red rocks 1995 with Tim Reynolds. Dave nails the crazy singing part at the end even better than this. It was absolutely spot on.

  • @EggaChoppaDooey nah the Weekend on the Rocks version vocal solo at the end is better in my opinion! It's kinda funny how picky us dmb fans get through the years haha :)

  • mesmerizing and incredible. Enough said.

  • EPIC.

  • Aruguably the greatest live piece of music ever. Cinsder yourself lucky if you were exposed to this.

  • Nahhhh, there's a Seek Up on the Live Release from Worcester that beats this hands down. From the '99 tour, when they were on FIRE! THis is an awesome version, but its not the best.

  • if there is a better version of this song out there then i gotta hear it.

  • i agree!

  • Why are there like 3000 less views for part 2...come on

  • sick drumming

  • Jesus Holy Christ

  • SPAC always demands the best. . .

  • dave at his best, doesn't get any better than this

  • I haven't gotten chills like that in a while! Damn that is good stuff!!! (Understatement)

  • I honestly don't music can get any better than this.

  • the best 8:55 that i've had... there are no words to describe this... amazing

  • always gives me chills mate, cheers!!!

  • Wonderful. DMB needs to come back to Europe and visit us on this side of the pond.

  • carter is one of the best drummers in the world. what he plays always fits perfectly into every song

  • agreed. he plays so clean, also. i think he's a cyborg.

  • this is sweet, i love it

  • Thanks, very cool.
