  • Fuck this.

    Fuck you Korea.

You guys "state" but never "prove" stuff. Shame on you.

  • Japan tries to steal korean culture. Korea introduced sword arts to Japan, which is why its so similar. WE ARE THE ORIGINAL. It's laughable, seeing Japanese attack its creators

  • @japantruthify001

We know swords came from Korea or more originally from China.

BUT, Haedong Kumdo apparently uses Japanese swords, and copies the format from kendo.

If you are a Korean, you should know your post-WW2 culture is based on Japanese culture.

  • @SuperBookworm365

Haidong Gumdo uses korean yedo/hwando. There are swords in the korean military museum that back this up. Japanese swords are just slightly bent korean swords

  • @japantruthify001

Then why are the swords used in this video "slighty bent"?

Look up how Korean swords and Japanese swords are made.

You would understand the difference much more.

Moreover, find out witch way the current Korean swords are made from.

  • @japantruthify001 hwando=環刀 "環" means "ring". "ring" is for hanging at the waist or the shoulder. A ring is required for the Korean sword. KURIGATA and SAGEO are unnecessary. They are imitation of Japanese sword. Because they want to make for HDGD being similar to the Japanese sword art.

  • funny dancing ^^;

  • Is it fun to make the inferior copy of Japanese art? It also includes horrible copy of Chinese KungFu. What a Korean crap! Is this peace of shit the Korean tradition? Ah hahahahahaha! Don't kill me to laugh!

  • Korean do respect Japanese for orgin of Kumdo.

  • the real truth is is that korean hasnt stolen anything and japan hasnt either what hapens is that neighboring countries give to one another and then the thought of stealing from each other arises there is much chinese influence on koreans as korean influence to the japanese and much mongolian influence to the chinese we are all connected whether people like it or not

  • @XXxKoreanGuyxXX borrowing and trading ideas and technologies is one thing, but learning something then rewriting its history and denying its roots saying its wholey yours and origin is wrong and is something Koreans and afro-centics seem to do a lot.

  • @VietzRus the founders of HDGD never trained in any Japanese sword style EVER. You guys are always claiming it is copy of Iaido and Kendo and anyone who sees the HDGD forms vs the Japanese style can clearly see they are unrelated.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkend

The founders say they learned HDGD from Jangbaeksan on a mountian right?

But later backtracted in court and it wasnt true so thats "LIE number 1"

They claim HDGD is the original sword style of Korea but now we know its fake which makes its "lie nunber 2"

HDGD forms were recent inventions according to Kim Joeng Ho(founder)

as you can see its a new made up style

  • lets look at the two arts HDGD used to create this fake style.

1 Shimgumdo. Founder Chang sik kim When Kim was 21, his teacher sent him on a 100 day meditation retreat. During this retreat the art of Shim Gum Do was revealed to Kim through his meditation and he attained Mind Sword enlightenment

LOL a monk with no prior martial arts experience created SGD from meditation for 100 days (real BULLSHIT-Do) then someone uses it to create HDGD LOL

Two fakes dont make it real

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo the only truely native art HDGD founders studied was Kichoenmun which is a Chi Gong art form with some sword and empty hand sets but hardly a martial art form

  • Turtle press has nothing but fabrication! LOL

  • @taihuu25go A Tokyo University professor said Japanese DNA is 25% Korean. Joint Seoul-Tokyo Committee historians agree that Gaya was never a vassal of Wa and that rice and metallurgy were introduced to Japan from Korea

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo If Japanese and Koreans are relatives, even if you use not Chinese copy name but Japanese name, you are satisfactory.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo

If you add Manchu DNA and Mongolian DNA in it, Korean DNA will be dissapeared. LOL

  • "It's very scary what Japan's school textbooks are really teaching in class!" Japan tries to cover up so many shameless historical facts: falsely claiming Dokdo island, Unit 731 human experiment, stealing of Korea's national treasures over 30,000 artifacts, lying to the world by slaughtering whales for the name of science is immorality and unjust!

"Japan just shut the hell up and never come out of your protectorate Ainu island!"

  • @enushisama watch?v=Ty2oUxgQLUc&feature=youtu.be also watch my video watch?v=_8lMmnzkxsI Korea had swords and curved swords long before 1592. Japan's national treasure swords come from Korea. Anyway, since you are Taiwanese/Chinese why are you defending and assisting a country that attacked, murdered, raped your own people. Do they call you traitor in your country?

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo Not all curved swords used in East Asia are Japanese, nor can it be said that all styles of curved swords found in East Asia are the result of Japanese influence. It is not only a curve. The whole form resembles closely.

  • Japan's future looks really murky with governments denile by covering up You're seriously suffering from delusional outlandish behavior is just a mere protectorate of surrounding harsh weather(tsunami, typoon etc.)

Wa of Japan was annexed by Koguryeo: should've continued in it's campaigning through japland completely, but the Korean King found no use of monkey island full of midget Ainu japanese climbing trees!!! Japan never really fought a war until WWII before then they only fought to....

  • Japanese government is making a mockery of Japanese citizens and the rest of the world by their untold lies!!!

  • @mrpahjun The name of HDGD Grand Master is "Jang Baek San".

However, it is a name of Korean mountain.

The joke is the mock of the world.

  • @enushisama His name is Master Sul Bong who established a dojang during (B.C.37~A.D.668). Japs can lie and cheat their way to claim their falsely authentication of curved sword fighting. For many thousands of years Korea has maintained strict vigilance from China hordes from east. Koguryeo King Gwanggaetto is said to have conquered 64 walled cities and 1,400 villages from campaigns, which includes, Wa (Japan), Wei dynasty, Tang dynasty, Baekje and Shilla alliance.

  • @mrpahjun Please tell me the historical record to Master Sul Bong.

Korean curved sword is after 1592. It was subject to influence strong from Japan during war. Yi Soon Shin's long sword is an example.

Possibly sword art was in ancient Korea. However, they completely forget it.

The Korean king was entreating the China emperor "The people are not accustomed to use of sword or spear, defended from enemies only by archery. Please sell a lot of bow material"

  • Tell me which Korean King has declared that "There is no swordman in our country at all!" Japanese sword art after 1592 and for thousands of years was and still is only copies of Korea and China!!!

I'm tired of constantly trying to explain to these cessium egotistical radioactive contaminated feeble minds by believing everything their sun worshiping god like Government would try to engrave or etched into their early childhood mind into their school curriculum!!!

  • @mrpahjun Nicely said, thanks

  • @mrpahjun 조선 왕조실록 朝鮮王朝實録The Annals of the choson Dynasty

The people are not accustomed to use of sword or spear, defended from enemies only by archery...Therefore, please sell more materials of bow to us. "

Master Jang Baek San taught the technique in the 1960s. Did he come by the time machine from Koguryo?

    It is a nice joke!

  • @enushisama

Excellent post with the perfect source!

  • @enushisama

Jang Baek San 長白山 is a mountain between China and North Korea. Master Jang Baek San is a fictional parson.

  • After Hideyoshi’s invasion of Korea in 1592, Japanese Kendo took root in Korea. That and the Japanese invasion of Korea in the early part of the 20th century helped to almost obliterate traditional Korean martial arts. But due to a new campaign to bring back traditional Korean martial arts, nowadays many traditional Korean martial arts are laying roots again in Korea.

  • @mrpahjun Before 1592, sword art was not in Korea. The Korean king has declared.

    【October 13, 1592】上敎政院曰“我國絶無劒手”

The king said “There is no swordman in our country at all...”

    【July 11, 1594】我國自古劍術不傳

The king said “Any sword art has not been succeeded from ancient time in our country...”

The Korean sword art after 1592 is only copies from China or Japan.

  • a period of 500 years, their descendants created the Japanese Samurai class. For more information, we recommend reading the excellent book, Kwanjangnim Original Haidong Gumdo by Mr. Marino.

The Samurang who did not go to Japan left society and started to live hidden away in mountains to escape their extermination. Although the Chinese occupiers worked hard to obliterate all written references to the traditional Korean martial arts, these warriors practiced in secret and preserved the..

  • @mrpahjun Samurang is only a play on words from Samurai. Since Samurai is enviable, Koreans only created the similar name.

  • @enushisama Shilla warriors had warrior code 武士도/武禮道 long before Samurai? Why, because Samurai thinking originates in Korea. As Buddhism was introduced to Japan from Korea, so were Hwandudaedo Sword and warrior code. You can even reference China's historical books and you can see Korea had sword and warrior code long before Japan.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo

For the Japanese military which a pregnant Japanese queen commanded, Silla surrendered without almost fighting.

And Silla became the country to present to Japan.

The King of Silla became the animal trainer of the horse of the Japanese Emperor.

  • @taihuu25go You are dreaming....more like nightmare.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo

You believe a Korean delusion, desire, ideal as a fact.

    The Korean university professor said.

"Even rumor in the Internet is specified as a fact of the history to a Korean school textbook"

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo Probably Korean did not despise the martial art up to Koryo era.

However, Korea's Yi dynasty despised the martial art and disappeared except archery.

  • @enushisama So the books 무예재보, 무예신부, and 무예도보통지, all written in Yi (Jeseon) Dynasty were written by people who despised martial arts? Better yet, during the Imjin Wars, what did Koreans fight Japanese with? Magic? Why were there so many Jeseon dynasty swords forged during that time? Koreans did not despise martial arts, they just valued education more in order to use martial skill with justice and honor, rather than killing others for nothing more than material gain like Japan at that time.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo Only three books in 200 years.

They were all written after 1592.

Koreans before the year was indifferent to the martial art.

    The Muye Dobo Tongji

"Archery was the only martial art that had been practiced by Korean soldiers. They have no skills of sword or spear fighting"

The Annals of the choson Dynasty

"The people are not accustomed to use of sword or spear, defended from enemies only by archery"

The martial art after the year is import from foreign countries.

  • @enushisama You said- "Koreans despised martial arts during entire Yi dynasty" and I showed you 3 books written just about martial arts during the Yi dynasty by order of the King. So you are incorrect, period. How is it possible that there are so many pictures of Imjin Wars with Koreans fighting Japanese with straight and CURVED swords? They had before Imjin Wars. Your own historians and academics admit metallurgy was introduced to Japan from Korea. google Seoul-Tokyo Committee

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo My explanation was deficient.

Koreans became indifferent to martial arts, after becoming Yi dynasty.

However, they had new appreciation of the importance in the war in 1592.

And they began to import sword art and others from foreign countries.

    The Muye dobo tonji: 購得戚繼光紀效新書遣訓局郎韓嶠遍質東來將士,究解其棍棒等六技作為圖譜

"They bought a book from China, got the Chinese who came to Korea to teach, and wrote the book of the illustration. "

  • @enushisama No, it is only you that is deficient. You must not be real martial artist. Real Martial Artist worries about himself more that others and would rather invest their time actually practicing martial arts that trolling youtube.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo Korean sword art was not deficient. There was nothing.

"The Annals of the choson Dynasty"

(1592) There is no swordman in our country at all. Therefore, we will learn from Chinese.

(1594) Any sword art has not been succeeded from ancient time in our country. Therefore, we will learn from Japanese surrenderers.

Why didn't the Korean master teach them?

It is just, "There is no swordman" "Any sword art has not been succeeded".

  • @enushisama Why don't you answer these questions? Where did Japan get metallurgy from? Why does Japan have no swords from BC but Korea does? Why are Japans oldest swords from Korea? How gives a crap if they are sticking the scabbard in their belt. One adaption for better funciontality does not mean whole damn thing is a copy. Look at HDGD Form and Look and Kendo/Iaido Form and anyone can see they are nothing alike. Why don't you go practice instead of staying home in your mom's house troll.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo Japan got the sword from overseas at ancient times. Possibly it was Korea.

I do not care. Because, I am not anti-Korea. I do not deny everything of Korea.

I only hate lies. Although the Korean king has declared that sword art is not transmitted from ancient times, HDGD calls that it came from Koguryo.

  • @enushisama, Until the japanese government stop the faking of historical facts of Korea and return all the 30,000 valuable relics and historical texts about Korea. You're only being taught to lie and cheat in order to serve your right-wing propaganda movement.

You haven't answered one question either from @HDGDisnotformkendo or from me? I asked you if your Chinese or Japanese or other nationalist claiming otherwise is just pathethic and shameful. Most of all, down-right egocentric fool.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo HDGD was involved in a public dispute that went to court, and its now common knowledge as they admitted to making up the history and art from Shimgumdo( a new martial art invented by monk in the 70s from scratch) and kendo techniques. it has no connecton to ancient Korean sword arts..google it

  • @VietzRus They were arguing over the name "HDGD." Most of us already knew that HDGD was from combining Gicheon and Shim Gumdo, NOT KENDO-that was never mentioned, as well as reviving sword martial arts from the Muye Dobo Tongji such as Yedo, Bon Guk etc... All martial arts have evolved this way since beginning of time-it does not make it a fraud.

  • @enushisama you would know, seeing as you are probably Taiwanese troll Japanese wannabe. I find it weird that you are so proud of a culture that is not yours. You still never gave your web source for Muye Dobo Tongji. Is that because you are making it up? China or Japan do not have Bon Guk -please show me either country practicing these today.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo

    A question.

    Why does HDGD cut bamboo?

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo There is no Bon Guk even in Korea. Because the sword art which Koreans built from Mr. Mao's book newly.

There is no sword art which has continued without breaking off from ancient times in Korea.

You say "give me web source for the Muye Dobo Tongji". Since my sources are not Hangul, it is not helpful to you. However, why don't you search by yourself? It will be found easily.

I got it using the labor or compensation. You should also do so.

You are parsimonious or an idler.

  • @enushisama The history of the Samurang is very interesting, highly debated, and not well known. According to author Joshua Marino, their way became the foundation for Japanese Samurai after the Chinese invasion of Koguryo. The leading Samurang generals fled to Japan in 668AD after the Chinese invasion and the defeat of the Koguryo armies. They spoke Chinese and Japanese and became hermit monks to escape the Chinese ethnic cleansing that began. They continued their way of life, and over..

  • @mrpahjun You only did copy and paste from the HDGD website.

There is no historical record proving existence of Samurang.

It is only a fantasy novel.

  • 김치 너들은 하등민족

  • @expedition60 Only crime here is you guys spreading your lies and hate about Korean and it's martial arts. It is beyond a doubt HDGD is unrelated to Japanese Kendo or Iaido, so only reason to do this is because you are just a racist.

  • 본국검 本国劒 (Bon Guk Gum) From 무예도보통지(武藝圖譜通志): It appears Wubei Zhi ( 武備志) written by Mao Yuanyi (茅元儀) acquired the book of sword combat from Chosun considering he compared Chosun sword methods with Dang Un's. It is obvious Chosun Had already developed the manual of Bon Guk Gum ( 본국검 本国劒) as they were compared to Japanese Ssangsu.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo Mr. Mao did not compare sword art. He compared “the situation".

等韻dang un= Pronunciation of ancient Chinese characters. It was found in the western.

尚書= Chinese ancient books. It was found in Japan.

Chinese lost things were found in foreign countries. Sword art is also the same.

He did not call it “Korean sword art”. He called it “the lost Chinese sword art”.

You should read the original text with Chinese characters.

    今其方不伝断簡残編中有訣歌不詳其説近有好事者得之朝鮮其勢法倶備固知中国失而求四裔不独西方之等韻日本之尚書也

  • am really tired" of you idiots first post on every single HDGD YouTube video quoting 무예도보통지 "Only archery was practiced bla, bla, bla" All Koreans know at the time Archery was the only official military training method, but there were tons and tons of non-military martial arts practiced in Korea. Similar to Japan had many clans specializing in certain kenjitsu or bujitsu methods that were not part of military.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo Is it enjoyable to live denying reality? You will feel uneasy about haidong gumdo forever. You waste your life telling lies. Why Koreans cannot be satisfied with their own culture?

  • @expedition60 Is it enjoyable living as a racist, that looks down on all non-Japanese as less that human or at the very least beneath Japanese? This thinking already got you guys in trouble once, you'd think you'd learn from your past, but no sadly.

  • @HDGDisnotfromkendo Are you happy to pretend to be a victim? You are the parpetrator of this crime.

  • for those of you accusing koreans of stealing/copying japanese martial arts, i just want to say that Japan invaded korea for a while so it would only be normal to assume that korea used a majority of japanese techniques to incorporate into their own art and made it theirs. of course they copied some but if u look carefully, there are differences. besides, arent all martial arts a combination of kicks and punches?

  • Is this serious or not?

    (Kendo + Dragon Ball + Jackie Chan + Star Wars) ÷ 10 + α = Gumdo

    sword arts ×

    sword shows ○

OK, no problem,, sorry for interrupting.

  • Koreans, please don't steal any martial arts from any countries.

Kendo is Japanese culture and Muay Thai is the pride of Thiland!!!

  • I love KOREA

  • dance dance dance ~yeah!

  • japanese copy.

    korea is liar history.

    Korean = descendant Evenks

  • @msann100 Yeah and as if Japan and China doesn't make up stuff. Koreans do have their own sword art. But thanks to 'some' (not all) fu** headed Japanese, all the reference about it got burnt. Keep making up some fantasy novels. Keep it up.

  • Japan Action Club(´・ω・`)?

  • It seems to be suspicious CM such as a vicious correspondence course.

  • is this dance?

  • Korean began to plagiarize the Japanese martial arts from the late 20th century. Korean martial arts is nothing to the history of Korea. Individual martial arts was not developed in the Joseon Dynasty(Korea).

Taekwondo plagiarized the Shotokan Karate. Tang Soo Do plagiarized Gojyuryu Karate. Haidong Gumdo and Kumdo plagiarized Kenjutsu and Kendo. Hapkido plagiarized the Daitoryu Jujutsu and Aikido. Yudo plagiarized Judo. Hwa Rang Do is not historical martial arts. Hwa Rang was dancer.

  • @unkeihokusai shut the fuck up. Thanks.

  • @unkeihokusai i thought the hwa rang were man whores

  • @unkeihokusai well that's what happens when you colonize a neighboring nation.if japan left us alone it wouldn't of happened would it lol. i dont support tae kwon do but u seem real jealous that its an official Olympic sport where as the much older and original failed to be lol. go study your history before u talk about plagiarism. your language is based on chinese lol. dont you have those indigenous japanese ppl that your government tried to wipe out? they're the real japanese lol

  • @unkeihokusai Your youtube account name suggests that you are biased in favour of japan.

  • @unkeihokusai Funny, all the JKA fights nowadays are all using Korean kicks such as spinning wheel kick, reverse roundhouse, jump back kicks-before they only kicked below waist and was only front, round, and side kick. 唐手道 is exactly what it ready Way of China Hand-not Japan hand idiot. It originated in China-just like Chinese characters -Koreans and Japan adapted both-don't act like stuff just magically appeared on the island that is Japan.

  • @unkeihokusai the wouldn't have had the plagiarize if Japan wouldn't have annexed them and destroyed their history and culture, AND made it mandatory to learn Japanese. Kendo and Judo became part of the Korean school curriculum. You are right on all accounts though(though Yudo is just the Korean pronunciation of Judo...not a rip of that art)

  • 武藝圖譜通志Muye Dobo Tongji (1790) : Comprehensive Illustrated Manual of Martial Arts in Korea .

【It is the official document at Korean Dynasty, written by The Korean King order in the 18th century】

  • Kumdo is dance, rofl.

Are you pround in your chicken martial art ,Kumdo?

  • Fuck nation.Don't have a sword culture but They have dancing sword. WTF!!!!

  • The liar is trusted from nobody soon

  • HOw the hell did this video become a breeding ground for Korean haters? o_O just watch the damn video and keep your hate to yourself. No where in this video or description did it talk about the origins of this martial art.. who cares.

  • I head that Jesus Christ is a Korean.... xD

  • 朝鮮人共、日本を舐めるなよ。この捏造泥棒民族が!

  • One blade soword and knife martial arts are originated from japan. It's jap's general thouht. Can't help laughing....lol

  • @japantruthify01 ..Because korea never lies coughcough korean fan death cough cough

  • God damn japanese have told that every martial arts are their own culture. See the truth and face the history factors. Your country imported everything from other country. Be polite nuclear monkeys.

  • @galileo4 You are Korea's true identity.

  • @expedition60 Why are you just hating on Koreans for lying? I'm not saying they are lying in this case or not because I'm not going to pretend that I'm some Korean/Japanese martial arts expert. But if you haven't noticed, most countries have lied at least once in their entire history. You can't hate on only one country for fabrication because then you would just hate the world.

  • @sunwoo112 I agree your opinion that "most countries have lied at least once in their entire history". But Korean's lies and fabrications are abnormal quantity and quality. They are beyond my permissible limits.

  • @expedition60 But what are the "permissible limits"? Countries like Japan have lied and fabricated and denied events like comfort women and the chemical and biological warfare and testing against china even though there is proof that such events actually happened. Is that within your "permissible limits"? America has made promises to keep the nation open to all as a land of opportunity, but now they've made anti-immigrant laws. Is that within your "permissible limits"?

  • @sunwoo112 I have changed e-mails with some Koreans about haidong gumdo, and they always shout about comfort women. Do you know Koreans are fabricating a story about it? Koreans think that they should be allowed to do everything toward Japan. Don't I have the right to protest Haidong Gumdo because Japan has lied? Do you mean no one can protest each other if they told a lie in the past?

  • @expedition60 Where is your proof of that? And I'm not saying no one can protest... I'm just saying you shouldn't be so racist... It's not a nice thing to be.

  • @sunwoo112 I just offered criticism to people who are doing wrong. I'll never stop accusing Koreans until Haidong Gumdo disappears.

  • @expedition60 If you're just offering criticism, please don't accuse Koreans as a whole. Accuse those who teach and practice it, but not the general population or the nation itself. It's not the fault of every Korean person out there that Haidong Gumdo exists.

  • @sunwoo112 Haidong Gumdo is supported by Korean government, companies(samsung and LG) and people.

  • @expedition60 You've been saying things as if they are all fact, as if you've spoken to every Korean person in the entire world and asked what their opinion of the martial art is. Yet you don't show any articles or interviews from reputable researchers or experts, you don't show proof that comfort women is a fabricated story, actually, why would only Koreans fabricate a story about it when Chinese women were also victims? Sweeping generalizations are never good for arguments sake.

  • @sunwoo112 Read my comments again and consider them. You strained the meaning of my opinion.

  • @japantruthify01 is a typical mad Korean.

  • This is the method of KOREAN NATIONALISM.

They disguise other country’s distinctive cultures as they were originated in Korea, make up a video in which a beautiful plastic girl appears, put it on YouTube, and make a admiring comment by their own pretending to be an American.

  • 韓国人は恥を知るべきだ

  • I find that many of you miss the point of the video. We all have our preferences between arts. We all know there's several stories to who came first between Japan and Korea. There is no reason to call Koreans or Japanese people stupid over something that you yourself were not there to experience. You only know what you read and what you hear. So why must you insist that you know it all? This video has nothing to do with an argument. I loved the demonstration. Thank you for sharing it with us.

  • Does that mean that Mercedes got their ideas from the Hyundai Genesis?

  • Why is everyone getting so confused with KenDo and KumDo, They are same art in same description. Ken means sword in Japanese, Kum means sword Korean, and Do is art piece. If you actually tried both martial art, you will see its no different.

What you guys are getting confused about is, where the style of sword welding comes from, and that only comes from different clan during the olden time.

Remember! Kendo and Kumdo is same meaning and it is not a style of art, it is just a meaning.

  • CAUTION!!

Gumdo is a Korean of KENDO reading.

And the KENDO historically has the origin in Japan.

When the KENDO is a Korea origin, they are fabricating it !!

They also are fabricating a story to them own advantage that all Japanese culture

    are Korean origins !!

    Everybody of intelligent foreigner !

    PLEASE DO NOT CHEAT !!

  • @TheMatrix1221 You need to learn English before you post, whatever you says doesn't make any sense. 劍道 pronounced in Korean is Gumdo, However Haidong Gumdo (海東劍道) is nothing like Japanese Kendo, has no shared history with Kendo, and is completely different in technique and philosophy. Stop being so jealous of Koreans ok?

  • 毎日がエイプリルフール(笑)

  • There is not the Korean fact that the samurai existed in history.

There is neither the society scenery created historically nor the inevitability.

Though there is not the base which existed, the person forging Korea samurai spreads a lie.

I imitate a Japanese samurai and divert castles of Japan to their HP and develop the false martial arts that I forged for an image of Japan.

  • Thank you for a good video to prove Koreans are liars and frauds. It should be kept in museums all over the world as a historical evidence for the Korean fabricating culture.

  • This is not kendo, ive never seen any kendo demonstrations or vidioes that have anything in common with Haidong Gumdo.

the baggy pants are similar (almost) but the style, the teachings, the movements, the weapons, the stances, the language, the principals, even the god damn weight distribution with your feet are all completely UN-Japanese.

  • KENDOU is BUDOU

    KENDOU is not sports

  • Haedong Kumdo is a fake of japanese Kendo.

It is superficial and just a dance, as well as taekwondo, a fake of japanese Karate.

Japanese Kendo has been established in the long history of a huge number of sword fightings and killings.

So the swing of a samurai sword shown by Kendo can really cut a human body down.

However, what Haedong Kumdo can cut is only a bundle of straw.

  • @DrFSharpMinor

the straw cutting is used to show correct cutting angles, bamboo cutting is used to display the ability to remove peoples limbs

you cant even compare haidong gumdo and kendo they are in no way the same, HDGD is a battlefield martial art, combat against many where as kendo is a ceremonial duel between two people who are only allowed to strike head hand and body.

i do not wish to defame kendo, but i know which i'd prefer in a practicle situation

  • 韓国の4/1はまだ終わっていないらしい…なんてこった

  • kendo=traditional japanese sports. kumdo=spurious sports,fuck

  • South Korea began to plagiarize the Japanese martial arts from the late 20th century.

    もし韓国開催が決まったらIOC(国際オリンピック委員会)にこの問題を持ち出して抗議しようと思います。

Pyeongchang(Korean city) has applied 2018 winter Olympics.

Does Korea have a quarification for holding Olympics?

These Koreans are fabricating the origin of kendo, and despising sports.

  • oh ・・.

    copy of Japanese.

    Where do country ??

  • Does it really matter?

  • サーカス、大道芸、ってとこだね。日本で学び直すことをお勧めします。

  • Please be proud of your own country's culture. Mimicking Japanese culture will not never bring Korea glory. You are now rediculed by Japanese people. Your descendants will angry at you mimicking Japanese. In addition, your ancestors are feeling sad under the ground.

  • Some boy at school said Kill Bill was proper fighting. Someone respond please.

  • Why do Korean inferior copy look so pathetic? Do they have any idea upon what Kendo be? Poor understanding of Kendo only makes horrible performances.

  • @NoNoSpice Well they are not doing Kendo, and they don't care to be compared to Kendo because they are not even related. So why don't you go find someone that really cares about what you have to say ok?

  • Very good video about traditional warrior technics combination wich make modern name haidong gumdo!

  • 1.

Kumdo/Gumdo is the Korean pronunciation of Kendo and it was introduced into the Korean Peninsula from Japan during the period of the Japanese protectorate and annexation (1895-1945). Before that martial arts didn't exist in Korea. So it's never a traditional Korean martial art from ancient times.

It's true that Koreans began learning sword skills from Chinese and they called it 本國劍 / 本国剣 in the 18th century, but it didn't catch on.

The first time Koreans used the word "HaedongKumdo / 海東剣道" was in about 1982. It's not so long ago. In short, it's a fraud that they claim HaedongKumdo is a Korean traditional martial art.

Incidentally, the parties have already pleaded guilty to the HaedongKumdo fraud in a Korean court.

What Koreans are doing now is a creation based on Japanese Kendo. But because the new martial art required Koreans to make a difference from Kendo, they adopted flashy action stunts like jumping or spinning.

First, you Koreans must set out the records of HaedongKumdo before 1970s if you can.

  • 4.

How about videos? Is there a film until 1980 showing HaedongKumdo?

How about pictures? Is there a picture until 1980 showing HaedongKumdo?

How about historical records? Since the 17th century many Westerners stayed in the Korean Peninsula. They wrote about Korean archery but any swordplay or unarmed martial art doesn't appear in those records. Don't you find this strange?

You Koreans had better admit HaedongKumdo is a fraud and stop spreading lies immediately.

  • @HaedongKumdoIsaLie Well since Gicheon Mu and Shim Gumdo weren't combined until 1980's to make HDGD, I guess you won't see any videos. 17th Century Korean Books such as Muye Dobo Tongji clearly show many of the same SWORD forms practiced in HDGD today in them. You Japanese Racist Nationalists better stop lies immediately about HDGD immediately!

  • @HaedongKumdoIsaLie Please prove it by telling me exactly which Japanese Sensei taught the founders of HDGD. Do Japanese Kendoka practice Bon Guk Gum Bup Sword forms, originating in Shilla Dynasty, Korea like HDGD does??? Please explain to me. Also in the Ssang Soo Do section of the Muye Dobo Tongji it clearly has pictures that look exactly like the Ssang Soo Form @12 we do today. Can you explain that?

  • @HaedongKumdoIsaLie You are such a liar. The court case in which you talk about, 2 HDGD organizations who the founders of those two organizations had learned under the same teacher, sued each other over the name HDGD. The case was thrown out and it came out that HDGD was created by combined Gicheon Mu and Shim Gumdo, both Korean in origin!!!! Please expain that.

  • @HaedongKumdoIsaLie 本國劍 / 本国剣 or Bon Guk Gum originated in Shilla Dynasty in Korea and not in China, you don't know what they hell you are talking about, it even says Bon Guk Gum originated in Shilla Dynasty in Muye Dobo Tongji. Do Japanese Kendoka practice this form? Please tell me? Why can't you just admit Korea had it's own true sword Martial Arts history and mind your own business? Jin Gum is not a Katana and has many differences based Korean historical designs.

  • Wow.. crazy Japanese point fingers but can't see our own faults.. do you think you're perfect? Japan have reputation of copying things too so stop being hypocritical. Like thegodofpop1 says.. "whats the point of having samurais if we're disrespectful fucks now?." It doesn't become the great "honorable" Japan to be so childish and disrespectful. Creating lies to make Korea look bad... come on.. we're better than this.

  • Please watch this video watch?v=ZPNtVRdQyk4&feature=youtu.be Then talk about Plundering of cultures. GIve back Korean's plundered cultural properties before you go crying about some intangeable thing like Martial Arts. Japan actually has THOUSANDS of physical cultural properties of Korea looted and stolen and brought to Japan.

  • @Ebutouy2004 you don't know what you are talking about. Muye Dobo Tongji introduction gives example after example of Jeseon dynasty kings updating and upgrading martial arts training, holding martial arts demonstrations and contests. Bonguk Gumbop, also known as the SHILLA DYNASTY Sword, is still practiced in Haidong Gumdo today

  • >Kumdo

    >Korean

    >Sword martial

This video made me laugh so hard my stomach hurts!
