I´ve seen it, too (I´m from Germany, and I´m also a fan of the series, so one of the first things during my vacation was to find that place), and I also found the house not in good shape. Then again, it is still there. I read somewhere that it actually used to be a boat house, but I may be wrong about this. I would understand that all the interior scenes where shot in a studio in Honolulu.
