One of the screen's most beautiful ladies ever, with her velvet voice and presence... my desktop will showcase her famous photo from "The Fountainhead" for the next month...I loved her and I will miss her...one of the last greats from Hollywood's Golden Era.....RIP ....Patrica Neal will always live on on the screen....Love her...RIP lovely lady.......
A great actress and a truly lovely person. You can see where her talented family and lovely grandaughter Sophie Dahl get their looks from. Rest in Peace Pat.
Patricia Neal will be greatly missed by all her movie fans. She was such a hero after surviving those strokes and going back to work acting. RIP Ms Neal
Patricia Neal was a wonderful actress and a great lady. I specifically remember her in The Fountainhead, Three Secrets, The Day the Earth Stood Still, Bright Leaf, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Hud. She had the most beautiful speaking voice.....R.I.P Patricia Neal. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Your film classics will live on.
A atriz americana Patricia Neal, vencedora de um Oscar em 1964, faleceu no domingo aos 84 anos, anunciou a clínica de reabilitação que tem o seu nome.
I agree with all the positive comments thus far and have to add that although she found parts of "The Day The Earth Stood Still" a bit silly, it was her quintessential acting skills, along with those of Michael Rennie, that made this film a classic.
I see Patricia in this clip and think Kate McGrew [ aka Capt janeway] would make a ideal person to do Patricia's Llife story... they both look and sound a like...
This is a wonderful tribute a great underrated and underapprecuated actres, She s beautiful, sexy, and a great actress Has made 4 or 5 of the best films ever made: Hud, Face In The Crowd, Day The Earth Stood Still, Subject was Roses, and love it or hate it its fascinating to watch 'The Fountainhead" Ms Neal wasoutstanding in all of these films and most deservedly won the Oscar in 1963 for Hud! Brava !!and God Bless Patricia Neal
