It took many lifetimes to provide us with the pool of knowledge that is at the center of the modern professional tattoo world today. For people to say "fuck all those people, they don't have anything I need, I can figure it out all on my own" truly shows the depth of their ignorance. Saddly we in the business seem to be the only ones that understand that. I have yet to meet anyone in the business that believes that the pool of knowledge can be learned in 2 weeks.

@fukuasshol im a scratcher myself, i dont even watch tv, everyone i tattoo is happy with what i do, i work on my portfolio every day, and i keep in mind, you have to learn somewhere, and its the price you pay for a cheap unprofessional tattoo.. u can only get better.

This is what we need. A show about tattoos that shows the actual REALITY of the industry. Show the huge amount of people who come in to get shitty tattoos covered up because they didn't do enough research or take care of it properly. Show the amount of money spent, the number of different sessions required to get that full sleeve tattoo. THAT'S what needs to be shown on tattoo "reality" shows.
