There is nothing hateful in this song. It is clever and funny. And most of the humor comes straight from what Palin herself has said, a testament to what a ridiculous politician she is.
When conservative singers praise the President with simplistic, jingoisitic cliches, no one objects. But G-d forbid anyone publicly express a view not in accordance with the religious right; they get the proverbial tar-and-feather treatment a la Dixie Chicks.
