By right, they will not ask you for the cd rom. Try restarting it and make sure you don't check the east asian language on the language tab.

Then most probably you don't have chinese fonts installed in your computer. Don't worry because i will send you the link to where you can download it. :D

Maybe some steps are similar. You can try.

some time i dowload pps is chines but some time i dowload is ENG

my pps have some movie cant watch like prision beaker

So that means you download quite a couple of different ppstreams?

Sometimes you have to retry the movie you are watching by closing the ppstream and running it again. If this still dosen't work, then maybe it is the file problem.
