i don't even understand where the Leafs/Sens hate comes from anymore. the rivalry made sense years ago when the teams would meet in the playoffs every year and battle it out often to a 7-game decision, but now you've got one team that's in the midst of a complete overhaul and sitting around the bottom of the standings, and another who seems to make the playoffs every year, but can't seem to put together a truly Cup-contending team. even the regular season games don't have that same fire anymore.

Ive made a killing the last few years.

I realize that the leafs should be shit this year but I have a feeling that getting younger, tougher and getting rid of Sundin, Tucker, Wellwood and hopefully Brian will be a big enough change to change our mindset into a better team. I think that ottawa will have the same problem as last year and I see no major improvement besides getting that guy from Philidelphia and I guess Auld wont have such an attitude problem.

Biggest problem for the sens this year was by the end of it, they werent even a team.
Imagine the psyche of that team.
Struggling for 4 months, injuries, inward fighting, media all over them, every day going home and wondering why they dont click.
that wasnt a team, and it wasnt the sens, that was a broken locker room.
this year hopefully they can get back to being a team.
Vermette will now be on line 2 to give us 2 lines of attack.
