When my Spanish teacher announced this trip, I was ecstatic. I've never been out of the state, but I have a deep desire to travel, explore the world, experience different cultures, and live life to the fullest. I looked for a job for a while but it was difficult with this economy. I decided I didn't need to go. And then, my parents surprised me. They're paying for the trip as 17th birthday present/my graduation present! I'm SO thankful, and still in shock. ♥ I have the most amazing parents ever.
@turquoisetangerine45 well your school has to have the eftours program and if it doesn't then to bad its like a thing that some schools do the pair up with the ci. And etc I. Goin next year and i already paid for it so yeah I'm so exited
@kimbok101 That is not at all true, anyone can sign up. It does not have to be a school trip , but schools can go through ef tours. Parents could also do this, as well as comunity members, but if you are taking kids there has to be an adult going with them. Eftours just makes everything much more easy, especially for youth! :)
Just got back from my EF tour to Costa Rica. Simply amazing. Pictures and video cannot capture the beauty of the country. I'm wishing I were still there, I can't wait to go back!
This was my class, and I can honestly tell anyone that I loved this trip. It was so educational, and I learned so much, not just about this beautiful and diverse country, but myself. I'd highly recommend it. Pura Vida! :)

I went to Costa Rica with my class in 2008. It was a great experience for a pretty reasonable price. And I loved Costa Rica so much I might return there with a study abroad program for a semester or two. I'd definitely recommend it.
I'm going this summer with my school after school is out! I'm so excited!
