I love everything u say so absalutly and admire your position and brave heart of compassion and truth... you go far beond any buddism I have heard of, but I think Buddha would have been really glad to talk about this with you if he was here. And I can tell you there are groups called Rainbow gathering and Ting gatherings who are inspired from american Hopi indians sitting in a circle and having a talking circle and only make consensus.
