  • is it possible to do upper abs one day then lower abs another day?

    in total upper an lower abs twice a week?? along with oblique excercise on each day?

  • Could you show transformation of one of your clients from full-on gut to abs? It's hard to see how you get from point A to point B and how long it actually takes.

  • my hip flexxors can take this personally but most peoples cant....my body fat percentage is 9.5 and that was earlier this week. now weve stopped the frequency of cardio and bumped up my weight and reps to max at 15-18 reps. time to swell them so they pop more...so far my 6 pack is there. it just isnt as blocky as id hoped. will post video one day good job though dude. dont stop.

  • @kief4diamonds the blocky thick ab look comes with some serious muscle fatiguing resistance...great work man...this was the advance version of my very first clip... so yeah most might find their hip flexors on fire...~ahmad

  • Should i do this everyday? i'm guessing not right..since, i've read that working your abs everyday isn't as useful compared to maybe say 3 times a week.?

  • Nice! I don't know how you can do that on a hard floor (or is that a rug?). I would need back support (like a fluffy pillow lol) for some of the moves. I had messed my back (tail bone) up from years of repetition of ab workouts on a hard floor and its still healing. I now alternate with my vertical knee raise tower and floor ab exercises (that don't hurt my lower back). I like the circles and the one you did @2:10.

  • lol...thanks man...you know you just have to find your body's mass stimulation point...meaning, how hard do you really have to push yourself, how much protein should I eat, how much rest and stretching, how often should I change up my workout style...pay attention to the details...it will happen:)~ahmad

  • always when i do abs my lower back starts hurting before my abs do... is it becasue my lower back is weak and should i train it before doing abs its really annoying at it useally stops me from doing to much abs and my stomach get left behind. :(

  • try keeping your feet on the ground...and sucking your stomach in..then move just to the point where you feel the pain. Gradually work to increase your reps before you feel any pain. You should switch back and forth between 'core' exercises...ones that use both the backvmuscles and the stomach muscles at once...ok?

  • hey. nice video. i wanted to know what should i eat for getting a six pack. i also wanted to ask you, as you are an expert, if going to the gym is going to affect my growth. I use only the machines, i dont lift weights. but i am worried if using the machines will affect my growth. im 15. im 5.5 feet.

  • Hey check out the lesson 3 and lesson 4 clips to understand how to adjust your eating. The trick is to get in enough work during the day to utilize your energy/food consumption. Your foods need to be smart foods used for repairing your body/cells. Master all body weight exercises, then begin using weights. ~ahmad

  • just this morning! i do this one day and the next i do another different ab workout so i dont get bored of the same workout.. i do it 2 and sometimes 3 times a day

  • well I would suggest lowering your reps and begin using light weights...so that you don't have to do so many. Use ankle weights. You can wrap them around your wrist, or ankles depending on what move you try.~ahmad

  • That sounds cool, u know I have issues with my hip flexors, alot of these exercises would be pretty tough, what do u recommend I do. I'm currently doing P90X and I have such a hard time with the ab exercises.

  • well it's all about progressive training. We have to add one to three more reps each time you try a hip flexor related exercise. A simple move to strength them: Load up your favorite 3-4 minute song..grab a chair and face it. Your goal for the full song or as long as you can, is to alternate tap each foot in the chair as fast and safely as you can. Marching ...kind of like the "steam engines" tony has you doing...ok? Lets keep talking...come over to face book...

  • i watched them... but honestly i run out of breath quick becuase i have extra skin in my nose (deviated nose hole) which requires surgery but im broke

  • oh yeah check this out for the best breakfeast ever, 20g oats, 20gs bran, 1 scoup choc protein, 15 g total of almonds + walnuts mix, 5g of cold milled flac seed. cook the oats on there own in water then add the rest with small bit of milk, because only the oats are cooked the rest of the ingredients still have a crunch when added, tasty amazing breakfeast.

  • Yeah I sometimes use the medicine ball when I am doing work on the pull up bar for abs...
