why have Al Jazeera put a pro-Palestinian on the Israeli side of the debate?

because israelis do NOT live in palestine and i u watched the interview carefully u would have noticed that no israelis want to be in palestine for security reasons and also they r showing a microcosm of both societies

If they are using the sides to show a micro-cosm of life reflecting the two societies than they should have put one of the Israeli settlers on the Palestinian side of the debate.

Totally lopsided. The Israelis barely had the ability to speak infront of the camera let alone recite historical facts.

I think they just grabbed any Israeli (with the exception of the one Arab)they could find on the street who would actually agree to debate while the Palestinians lined or competed with eachother for the opportunity.

I agree that it seemed like AlJazeera was biased, but I think that the Israelis had opportunities to cite historical facts and didn't, or if they did they were incorrect. I do agree that the Palestinians were given more time.
