@thecovenantkeeper I understand your frustration the word blameless refers to God's judgement of the heart...check out its use in Genesis in reference to Noah...it doesn't mean sinless...Church growth is a blessing from God just as any growth is God tell you this when he says you can plant, tend, and water but it is I that give the increase. Some churches swell which is symptomatic of infection and not to be confused with growth...its not about the amount of people; growth makes you stronger!

So, if you have been sinning, look at yourself same as you look at the pastor who sins. All of you are the same before God. God sent all of u to earth for a purpose. So, if you see it as so awful for a pastor to sin and stand at the pulpit, it will equally be so awful for you to sin and do whatever God called you too to do on earth. All are born to lead.
