jo aam saste se super market main long grain milte hain wo hote hain! new rice are classed as low quality rice, and they are cheap. they are sticky, have starch and they are sweet. This all goes away with time.

Full cream 1 ¼ -1 ½ kg, 2tbs rice soaked 3-4 hrs, new cheep long grain rice dont use basmati.5-6 green card mums, crack them. Almonds 20-25 microwave them with water for 6-7 min and peal. Slice then thinly. Keep on mixing milk it can burn. Add sweetened condensed milk half can or a bit more then that according to your taste (sweetener) and add ½ cup of thickened cream, cook it till its thick. Its going to be more thick when placed in fridge. So be careful. Add almonds when its nearly ready!

I have no idea what is called milk pack cream in Pakistan. We need fresh cream if its that then fine. In olden days we were able to get frsh cream from the bakery. Cadenced milk we need to give a rabri kind of thick rich flavor and for sugar. Rest use fresh full cream milk.

I can make Seekh Kebab very well but they are not 100% to me. When I was a kid some one professional told me the recipe. It had some kind of CHINI in it. So thats the ingredient still missing. I have lived all over the globe but never ever seen real sheikh kebabs, like Bundoo Khan or Cafe D Khan.

Put it on low heat and cook for quite some time. the longer you cook it the tastier it gets. its enough for 6 people. Good luck

Good kheer has less rice. 2-2 ½ tbs no more. Its makes a good medium size bowl enough to serve 8 people, obviously after dinner :)

Newly harvester, they are sweeter and starchy.
Ask the shop keeper! or commonly use long grain cheep rice are new rice. Because old is quality and we pay more for it.
