This is the first of only two murders that MUST be carried out to look like an accident. The other one is the mission where the protagonist gets revenge against Bruno Tattaglia for murdering his girfriend, who happens to be Monk's sister, Frankie. You meet him in the crematory at a funeral parlor in Midtown and after taking out his guards throw him into the oven. The most awesome part of the game!!! I wish there was a video of that here somewhere.
