  • sorry to see that terry! I love my Seagull Yak. its my favorite plane. my DLE 30 balances it perfectly so it needs no lead in the nose. it does such a nice knife edge and a great inverted flat spin and snap rolls. anything you can think of but 3d. cant wait to see ya fly it again.

  • @flyboycub Thanks my friend. Man that is to funny that you watched this video now, We just got done putting it back together last Sunday. I am so hoping for good weather on Sunday the 8th. That is a year to date the day I crashed it, I want to do the new maiden that day. If I get to I will have the video up that night. Yhis is about my favorite plane too. Happy Flyin To Ya Man

  • Kids a good pilot. Sorry to see such a nice plane go :(

Just curious though, why were you teaching him on a yak?

  • @DoctorMcAwesome He flies on his own, I just had him on the box for safty because it was my Yak but he didn't crash it, I had taken over when the engine died, I should have let him land it LOL, might have been better off. I am replacing it Aug. 5th, it is one of my favorite planes. I will have some video of the maiden when I get it finised. Thanks for watching and Happy Flyin To Ya

  • fixer up no problem my extra 300 gear and engine all ripped off on a stall turn on approach to land, glued all back sticks here and there, been ready to fly has a 61 on it hope it flys again.Happy flyin buddy.

  • @rotorwash46 Thanks man, I am just gonna buy the hole ARF kit, It's only $216.00 with shipping, I gave this one (minus the guts) to my Friend Bill, he wants to re-build it. Thanks for watching and Happy Flyin To Ya Man

  • Sorry man, that was one sweet lookin plane. I know the feeling of being afraid to fly I did 2 helis in one day but you gotta get back on the horse that threw ya. Hope to see you flyin soon and good luck with your repairs :-)

  • @1BLADESHY Thanks Man, I was a little down but I'm getting over it a day at a time, just a run of bad luck. I should have it back in the air in about a month. We have a guy in the club that I'm in crash two large planes in one day at our field (both at a little over $5000.00 a piece) and then a week later at a fun fly in Tulsa OK. He put another $5000.00 plane in the dirt totally destroying every thing, even the engines on all three of them. I would have just died over all that. Happy Flyin

  • Oh ! So sorry to see that happen. Hope that you will get another plane soon. The electronics must still be all right though from that height and speed ???. Hope to see you back in the sky soon................ :-)

  • @MrHelidude Thanks, I will have it back in the air very soon, This was one of my favorite planes. Just hope I can get over what ever is causing me to do these dumb sticks. Thanks for wacthing and Happy Flyin Man
