  • Hi Shakey : Another masre-piece by an out-standing steel player from the UK.. Yes, your prince and bride are right now touring Canada; When they were in Ottawa; they were within 100 miles of my home here in northern New York state. If I were in good health, I would have liked to drive up to Ottawa to see them . Canada is very proud of hem and I am , too.. You are sounding great on one of Bent's Ben-Rom Guitars.. Send us some more tunes..Thanks for sharing..Bernie

  • Just beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Gwen

  • That is very beautiful Dave, you do a magnificient job with your steel guitar playing. Very smooth tone.

  • very nice job dave i hope will and kate hear this beautiful song. your friend mike verdetto

  • Dave, that's pretty nice mate, such a great tune and played so very well.

  • Shakey : A superb song for such a grand Wedding; as pretty as the lovely Kate; wish you could have been at the wedding, so the whole world could have heard you play your song just for them; indeed William and Kate fill the title as King & Queen. and I am very proud to know the gent personally whom builds the BenRom Pedal steel guitars. Bent, I am proud of you, my friend..Bernie

  • Very nice Dave,So you did`ent get an invite either?? so thats You,Me, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown sitting at home playing LOL

  • Kjell, actually it is the second steel I made. Yes, I am hoping you will be one of the first to play my steel when I bring it "home". Thanks for your comment on the nice tone. I do believe it is Dave's hands that create most of the beautiful tone. The man is a virtuoso in case you didn't know it.

  • Dave what a lovely tribute to Prince William and Princess Kate on their wedding day!

I hope somehow that they both will hear and see this video. Can you imagine how that would boost your viewership, something you so rightly deserve.

Of course it would be a fine ad for the BenRom as well!

  • Very nice Dave, and i like the sound of that BenRom steel. That was the first steel Bent make. I must try the new one when he come to Norway this summer.

Grattis with the Prinsess and the Prins.

    Kjell Helde.

  • @kjellsteel Thank you Kjell, yes the Ben Rom is a great steel and I think will be even better when I get the new parts from Bent. Best wishes Dave. And yes I think Wills & Kate will make a great King & Queen.
