I have had serious problems with this company dangerous/careless driving, this was only where the problems began. Their claims department head manager of all people said "whatever" when I referred to my 71 year old mothers well being and my aim of going to the press. Please if you have had problems with this company in terms of problems with their buses, or the abuse of power of their management please get in touch with me. The press are very interested and I will be spreading the word widely
